I had my closing on Monday, February 11 and it was the easiest mortgage experience I have had to
date. I attribute this in part to Kenneth and I wanted to share my good thoughts about him and

I took the time to investigate your e-mail address because I wanted to share with you my experience
with Amerisave. On Saturday August 4th, 2007, after shopping around to refinance my home mortgage
loan, I decided to call your company. The person who answered the phone was Ken, who later became
my Loan Advisor.
Ken took the time to explain clearly all of the fees associated with the loan and he did not try to
dress it up and try to make it look like your company did not charge any fees. He listened carefully
to what I was trying to accomplish by refinancing my home and advised me on the best option based on
interest rates available, payment options based on my ability to repay the loan and showed me step
by step the procedures I would have to take to have this loan approved and funded as quickly as
possible.
After giving Ken some property and personal information he promised to call back within the hour.
Ken called me back within 20 minutes with a pre-approval on the loan. A few minutes later Ken sent
me a list of documents I would need to supply to substantiate the information I had given to him
earlier. I did it. Since it was the weekend, Ken told me He would e-mail me some additional
disclosure papers by Monday August 6, 2007.
By the time I got to work on Monday the e-mail was there with an additional e-mail with a link to
your website that allowed me to look at the progress of my loan. I printed the disclosure papers,
read them, signed them and faxed them back to the fax provided on the cover sheet included on the e-
mail. Ken called me that Monday afternoon to make sure I was comfortable with all the paperwork I
had signed and to see if I had any additional questions.
By Tuesday August 7th in the morning, the appraisal of the home was done and Ken was ready to send
the papers to the underwriting department. On Thursday August 9th, Ken called me to let me know the
loan was approved and ready for closing. I could not believe how efficient Ken and everyone else in
your company were. You were able to process the loan in 4 business days and close it by August 13,
2007. (And that was because I was not available on August 10th).
Finally, Ken called me on the 13th; before, during and after the closing. I was impressed by that.
I felt that he genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the process.
People say managers are only as good as their employees; for what I can tell, you must be
Excellent!

We were preapproved through two other companies before we decided to go with Amerisave because of

that I sincerely appreciate your efforts during the processing of the loan. Local realtors, lending
institutions, and title companies expressed concern over past difficulties they had experienced or
had heard about in dealing with an out-of-state lending institution over the internet, however, I
did not find that to be the case with Amerisave. I found Amerisave staff to be responsive, efficient
